Step – 1) Choose a quiet place and right time (when no one will disturb you)
Step – 2) Sit in a comfortable position and keep your spine straight with your eyes closed.
Step – 3) Concentrate on your breathing. Feel that you are inhaling and exhaling your breath.
Step – 4) Feel your breath coming in and going out.
Step – 5) Observe the thoughts coming into your mind and bring focus back on your breath.
Step – 6) Aim for 2 to 5 minutes at beginning. Step – 7) You can increase the time period if you do it regularly.
